We are here to guide you through a safe prenatal and postnatal experience. The benefits of practicing yoga during these stages of your body's journey include improving sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing strength and flexibility and decreasing lower back pain and nausea. We can offer group classes (minimum 3) or private classes depending on your needs.

Baby Yoga
Congratulations on the arrival of your beautiful baby! Our baby yoga classes provide a wonderful time for mums, dads and caregivers to bond with little ones! Baby yoga is suitable for babies between 3-18 months. We can offer group baby yoga classes (minimum 3) or a private class depending on your needs.
