Kids Yoga
Through a variety of age appropriate activities (such as music, arts and crafts and stories) we teach children yoga poses and breath work to allow children to fully access and benefit from yoga.

Kids yoga classes are usually split into the following age groups:
​
- Pre-school (2-4 years)
- Early Years (5-7 years)
- Junior (8-11 years)
- Secondary (12-15 years)
